NOLF Coupeville is here

Ok guys,
At last, the Coupeville photo realistic scenery is ready to test. If you have any other KNRA versions (either mine or someone else's) installed, please remove (or disable) them first. I have also revoked my FCLP vol.3 pack, based on the old-style Coupeville scenery. Maybe I'll create a new one for my and Brandon's new photo realistic sceneries...
As my first photo scenery, NALF Fentress, this new scenery features night and seasonal textures, two authentic LSO shacks, two IFLOLS set to 3.75 degrees and two carrier boxes with night lighting.

Hope you will enjoy this new Coupeville scenery. Feel free to report any bugs or glitches, as well as suggestions or criticism...

  1. Hi Paddles, great work on this scenery. I have been playing around with it today. There might be some elevation adjustment to make for people using ORBX Pacific Northwest like me. I see a lot of grass on the runway, depending on the angle I am looking at. Not your problem I think, ORBX users might have to disable it while flying and landing at KNRA.
    Thank uoi,

    Johan

  2. Good work! Spent more than a few days and nights in the right seat of electric A-6s bouncing at Coupville back in the early '70s. It's a hoot to do it again from the left side. vLSO is really outstanding in everyway. Only problem I've had is with PNW scenery too. My RAZBAM bird sinks in to it's belly, and your photo texture is hidden until about a half mile out when the terrible bright white lined texture slowly peals back to reveal yours. I was a beta tester on the PNW package and am trying to find a solution--have pictures if it's any help. I'll report back here when I find one. Thanks form your great work!

  3. Do the IFLOS trailer lights work in P3D2? If they do then I have made an error.

  4. Russ,
I don't have P3D, so can't say anything. By the way, do carrier FLOLS lights work in P3D?

  5. Williams NOLF lights are working but are faint. Choctaw lights are not displaying.

BTW how do you convert AOA indexer units to degrees for the profiles?

  6. That's very strange... If Williams lights are working, then Choctaw lights should be working too. There's no difference between the two except for their locations.
I don't know how to convert AoA units to degrees, I usually try to find AoA degrees in manuals for specific aircraft or on the net.

  7. I cant seem to get vLSO working keeps saying no airport selected after I installed RFN guage. I know have compatible scenery as other people I know use it on the same scenery. There is no place to select an airport in the menu and the instructions don't offer really instructions more explanations of what things do not how they do them.
